COVID 19 is making life really tough for our Care Home customers. We want to help out where we can, so until the end of 2020 we offer to Care Homes only, the height adjustable Silversurfer bath for less than £5,000.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE SALE

For sale to Care Homes only.

 

Start & End Date:  Sales orders will be accepted from 9:00am 1st November 2020. There are a limited number of units for sale, so the SALE will end when they have been sold, or at a date no later than January 29th 2021.

 

Products: Complete Silversurfer height adjustable & fixed height models only. The SALE applies to in stock baths only.

 

Exclusions: The SALE does not include spare parts, Optional extras (when sold separately), delivery or installation. This offer applies to mainland U.K. only. This offer cannot be used with any other offer, nor can this offer be used in conjunction with any previous quotation or discount.

                                    

Terms of payment: Sales orders will only be accepted upon receipt of a 50% deposit with written order. The balance of payment must be made prior to delivery. All products subject to V.A.T. at the rate ruling at the time of sale.

 

Advance Ordering: Advance sales orders can be placed but will need to paid for in full within the stated time frame of the Sale. (i.e.; 50% deposit with order. Payment of Balance within 10-14 working days).

The Company will store the bath until required, as long as the period of storage does not exceed 3 months.

                                    

Delivery Period: Baths must be delivered within the prescribed time frame. Delivery can be expected in 10-14 working days.

 

Warranty: The Warranty Period is 12 months from date of delivery in line with our existing Warranty.

Your Statutory Rights are not affected.

Installations: Installation is not included. Quotation upon request. Subject to site survey.
